MSN Hotmail Plus解約

最初は普通にメールで解約する旨伝えたところ、下記メールがすぐに到着。日本のMSNカスタマーサポートって結構反応いいですね。

3.画面左上の言語が【日本語】になっている場合は、【日本語】 をクリックし
次の画面で「英語（米国）」を選択します。
4.画面黄色の箇所の[Signin]をクリックし、有料サービスにお申し込みされたメールアドレスでサインインします。
5.該当のサービスを選択し、表示された項目の中から Chat をクリックしてください。

で英語にしてからChatでカスタマーセンターの人へつないで、解約する旨を伝えます。
こういう時、メールだと処理してくれなそうだし、電話だと国際電話って大変だけど、チャットだと文字で確認出来て無料なので、非常に便利ですね。
